Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.
Breakfast deals
Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Poretti on draught – new world beer
Poretti (4.8% ABV) is an Italian premium full-flavoured lager, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and a polished golden colour.

Pub history
This is one of several Wetherspoon pubs with ‘moon’ in their name, linking them with the ideal pub described by George Orwell. He called his fictitious pub ‘Moon Under Water’. This one stands on the site of Victoria Villa and Library – the home and business premises of TJ Hankinson, who was Bournemouth’s first mayor, elected in 1890. Around that time, the buildings were replaced by King’s drapery store which traded here for several decades.
