The job… As a kitchen shift leader, you will be responsible for supporting the management team in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. Your number-one priority will be making sure that our customers leave happy and want to return! This is achieved by ensuring that they are receiving the best possible service, from you and the team. You`ll also have a big part to play in maintaining our high standards of CQSMA, by ensuring, at all times, that the pub is in tip-top condition. You must ensure that the kitchen is kept clean and hygienic at all times throughout the day , front and back of house are cleaned and maintained in accordance with Company guidelines and maintained throughout the day , adopting the company`s clean as you go (CAYG) philosophy Of course, there`s a great deal more that you`ll be expected to do, such as supervising and supporting the team, dealing with office administration, assisting in controlling stock and receiving deliveries, among many other things.
