Jaipur at Wetherspoon
Wetherspoon pubs will be stocking Jaipur from 9 April.
Jaipur is a flagship beer from Thornbridge brewery in Derbyshire, first brewed in 2005 and was the beer that put Thornbridge brewery on the map. Tasting notes for Jaipur are below.

1664 Bière on draught – new world beer
All Wetherspoon pubs across the UK and Ireland will be introducing a new premium draught lager. The beautifully crafted French premium lager, 1664 Bière (4.6% ABV), is being added to the company’s draught beer range.

Customers at more than 650 Wetherspoon pubs across the UK will be able to enjoy breakfast deals for £2.99 each or less.
Poretti on draught – new world beer
Poretti (4.8% ABV) is an Italian premium full-flavoured lager, characterised by a pillowy white head, brilliant clarity and a polished golden colour.

Pub history
Opening c1935 as Hastings Ltd’s flagship store (furniture dealers), this property occupied a row of shops on the Queens Parade site. The railway’s arrival changed the area, with the parade built after that. The first line opened in 1838, run by the London and South Western Railway (LSWR). Others later extended lines across the area. The first station did not open until 1863, though, after LSWR had joined forces with rival companies to build one at Falcon Bridge, later named Clapham Junction.
